Streaming Networks iRecord
Getting video on to your iPod can be a fiddly business, converting it into the right format so it plays back without any problems. If you'd rather have something a bit more one-touch to make the process easier then Streaming Networks' iRecord is just what you're looking for.
Rather than mess around with video files on your PC, iRecord removes the need for a computer completely. Just hook it up to a video source - like a DVD player or Sky box - plug in your iPod and hit the record button. It will take the analogue video, encode it in the right format and save it straight onto your iPod.
It supports all major video formats (NTSC, PAL and SECAM) and can squeeze around three hours of video into about 1GB of storage space.
iRecord is available now from iSkins.co.uk and costs £159.99.

I have owned the iRecord for several weeks now and have enjoy many hours of video on my iPod classic. The best part is the many hours of video that I have on my iPod. The freedom from iTunes is awsome.
